GARDEN CANOPY



A Garden Canopy is what we would classify as the solution to provide either a seasonal or permanent shade from sun or cover from the rain in your backyard, garden. The scope of the site will discuss very specific niche of Garden Canopy that would work for a variety of locations, seasons, and permenancy. Whether you visited a friend, drove by somewhere , or word of mouth heard of “Garden Canopy” is the one item that will make your backyard or Garden complete — then this would be correct!

During Spring, Summer and even fall , how often do you feel like you need relief from the sun, and if summer is never long enough season the rain itself. Well its a Garden and its expected for you to have plenty of sun, and why not you need a sun tan. Well, all true but its important to take steps to create enough shade in your backyard , on a deck, patio. Whenever you are trying to create a new relaxing living area, or even a workout spot for yourself ; you need protection from the sun.

Gazebos in terms of the Canopy variety are free standing in nature, or can have in rare cases an attachment awning to a garden wall, or structure. They are open, or least have access from all sides. They provide basic shelter, smaller in nature than the more permanent “Gazebo” structures; shading and usually are more of the Elegant and decorative types.

TAILGATE CANOPY
Tailgate Canopy are typically defined as free standing , portable nylon awning cover that provides protection from sun, rain and even snow for those hard core football playoff fans. Typically they are very specific to the sports team and are available in a very wide variety of football, baseball and other college team trademarked logos.

PORTABLE CANOPY
Portable Canopy provide the easiest and sometimes the cheapest option if you looking to set-up a “Tent” type shelter, typically smaller, from the sun, wind and rain without needing to be an Eagle Scout. There are the pop-up or EZ variety that expand out when pull them out. A great recommendation for those who need the convenience factor.

The term Green Architecture will be very common, so check out this very interesting article that describes the terms and defintions. Conceptually, if you are looking to create your own gazebo designs from scratch and forgo buying a Garden Gazebo, the "Green" products to consider can be endless. Imagine adding recycle rubber by products as part of the surface to your Gazebo to allow for better water run-off no erosion, and a slicker look.

The Origins of Outdoor Gazebos

Here is an interesting article, that gives you some ideas of possible decorations themes when you think back to the origins of the term Outdoor Gazebos, what was the basic reason it was called that…

If you thinking of buying a new Gazebo, before you do think of how you might want to add to its decore, maybe adding some earthy and more “Pier One” flavor to it is a very neat idea. The article mentions the Indonesia influence, so imagine adding some Bamboo plant or Bamboo shoots in a vessal inside the Outdoor Gazebo corner next to an nearby table. A gazebo is normally a freestanding structure. It is covered with a roof with shape of a cupola and its walls are open from all sides. Even though a gazebo covered walls from all side with wide glasses on several sides and door. If there is a question when the started of gazebo history probably it as old as the history of garden. Considering gazebos were common in Egyptian gardens 5,000 years ago.
In Japan, also known as teahouses that related to tea ceremonies were the places to rest and get in touch with one’s spiritual side in addition absorb the beauty of the garden. On the other hand, in Indonesia we have known as saung or bale, which is built in wood or bamboo. Then was not until years later that the structures were built on the ground as summerhouses which popular until today.
As mentioned before gazebo commonly place in the outdoor like garden, park or spacious public area, where people can sit and enjoying the sunset or gathering with the whole family when have a barbeque time.
